Our first school was opened in Totton in January 2015 by Mr. Adam Swain, fourth-degree black belt, and his wife Mrs. Jennifer Swain, fifth-degree black belt. In June 2015 we opened our second school in Fareham.
Our aim at Swain Taekwon-do is to create champions in life, for life by sharing high-quality ITF Taekwon-Do to all.
